Newsroom Leaders Fellowship

A leadership development fellowship for mid-level female journalists, focused on editorial excellence, confidence building, and preparation for decision-making and leadership roles in newsrooms.

Women Journalists Mentorship Program

A structured mentorship initiative connecting emerging female journalists with experienced media professionals to support ethical reporting, career growth, and professional confidence.

Young Reporters Internship Series

A six-month professional internship program offering hands-on newsroom experience, mentoring, and practical skills development for young female journalists.

Supporting Initiatives

Capacity-Building Workshops

Training programs on gender-sensitive reporting, investigative journalism, digital media skills, elections coverage, and media ethics.

Media Safety & Protection Initiative

Supporting women journalists through safety training, peer support, and advocacy for safe and inclusive working environments.
